Adult Learning Cohorts
ETN co-creates and facilitates adult fellowships, learning workshops, dinner events, and service projects in coordination with esteemed partners, such as Rekindle, Repair The World, and EXODUS Leadership Forum. We craft environments of care, deep listening, and curiosity. We welcome disagreement - it's the only way to explore deep topics - but we do so with thoughtfulness and a willingness to hear other perspectives. In other words, the opposite of the mic-drop statements that pervade online debate.
In our sessions, storytelling and the arts are infused seamlessly so as to illuminate discussion topics. Our participants attest to feeling inspired, curious, and more connected to others following our programs. And they regularly note their pleasant surprise that the room is filled with laughter. Inter-community work can and should be a pleasure.
